At the end of everyday I have the choice to look back over the things in my day that brought me success and struggle.  If I choose to do this on a regular basis I will be in a much better position to choose the better option and grow towards being a better man the next day.  Conversely, I can choose to not identify the parts of my life that serve my good and the parts of my life that bring me pain which will most likely result in the repetition of mistakes and any number of missed opportunities.

My power of choice is truly a superpower that I can always deny I have if I feel the world is not putting the things in front of me that I think I deserve.  What I know today is that the world does not work like that.  I am not given a bad day, I have chosen to allow something to make me feel wronged.  I am not unloved, I have chosen to not create the love my soul wants.  I am not stupid, I have chosen to put things in front of the journey of knowledge.

This may sound a bit harsh or severe but in my life today I can always find places where I have made choices that have manifested the destiny that I am experiencing today.  The win is that if I choose to be conscious of this I can build and broaden the wins and good that my positive choices have given me. I was chose to put college first when I went back and I achieved the highest marks possible.  I chose to wake up early today and I got some extra work done throughout the day and left my job feeling no stress.  I chose joy and love today and I was surrounded by it.  As I write this at the end of a perfect day, I know I chose it to be this way.

Affirmation: Today is perfect, filled with joy and love because I choose it to be.
